(Company No. 202108542H), and primarily trades certain derivatives referencing cryptoassets.
Each of Wintermute Trading Ltd. and Wintermute Asia Pte. Ltd. is hereafter referred to as
"Wintermute Entity". Neither Wintermute Entity is authorised or regulated by any regulatory
authority. Any party trading with either Wintermute Entity may not benefit from the protections
